This recipe is NOT your pre packaged cup of instant oatmeal. In fact, I have never really been a big fan of oatmeal, but this is a game changer. Packed full of fruits and protein, this is sure to keep you full and warm!
Ingredients
1 banana
3/4 cup almod milk
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oats
protein powder {optional}
2 Tblsp Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
Toppings ~ Almond butter, granola, berried, almonds, spices {whatever you like}
Either blend banana milk and water together, or in 1 bowl simply mash banana with a fork then add everything but the toppings and mix with spoon
pour into pot and warm up until oats thicken
serve and top with whatever you like. We love {cinnamon, berries, nuts and almond butter}
