Not sure how much to drink? Take your weight and divide by two. That number is a rough estimate of how many ounces you should drink in a day. Make it a healthy habit to hydrate. This is something I am working on. I let the day get going and forget to drink and for sure feel the effects of dehydration later in the day. Lets all drink some water!
