This dressing is the bomb! So easy to make and so good for you! I love that there is no oil in it. (fist bump)
I simply added some pan seared salmon, toasted pine nuts and 2 cups spinach then drizzled this on top. So much flavor!
Cilantro Dressing
•half an avocado
•¼ cup Greek yogurt
•½ cup water (more as needed to adjust consistency)
•1 cup cilantro leaves and stems
•1 small clove of garlic
•½ teaspoon salt
•juice of 1 lime
Blend all in a cusinart or a vitamix and store for your yummy use!
