Rosemary Infused Popcorn // I am new to making stovetop popcorn. It’s so much fun. My favorite is coconut oil popped corn, but today I made a Rosemary popcorn and my oldest came running and asking, “mom, what is that amazing smell.” (Your welcome child,your welcome)
1/4 cup olive oil
4 drops Rosemary oil
1/2 cup kernels
Salt to taste
In a large pot add oils and kernels to pot and cover with a slight vent on lid to let steam escape. Turn stove to medium high and (patiently) wait. Once it starts popping I gently shake the pot. Wait until there is 2-3 seconds between pops and then pour into bowl. Drizzle with 1tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste. (Diced Rosemary and Parmesan would be nice too)
